An underground artist salon series in a mountain sanctuary. Curated for collaboration, spontaneity, diversity, and artistic exchange -- each evening is held in the round, and showcases 5-7 artists in presentation and conversation. Live collaboration between music, movement, and poetics, and the immersion and exchange of personal creative practice gives the pulse to our gatherings. Mission
To create an organic, emergent, and underground artist community forum in communication and exchange within the Hudson Valley. To share ideas, process, and inspiration through diversity and the imminent invitations to be an artist in today's cultural context. To birth vaster wonder, spark vital collaboration, and unexpected beauty.
Vision
One evening a month a group of artist will converge in this Shawangunk Mountain sanctuary in which to explore, embody, and embark on an evening of sharing, receiving, and transfiguring our creative process into a living artifact. Each artist will be invited to explore how their art and its practice is changing their life now.
All art as a verb, in service of new horizons and a shared humanity.
